Tweakwise can feel a bit intimidating or complicated because of all of the possibilities and features. Not to worry though, we’ve thought of everything. When you start using Tweakwise, all new users will get our online basic user training in which our digital assistant Krist-E gives you a tour of all of Tweakwise’s features. 

Still having trouble while you’re already using Tweakwise? The FAQ environment may just contain the answer to your burning question. Still no? Mail, call or chat with our support team! We will personally help you along with your problem or question. 

You will be assigned a personal customer success manager (CSM) when you start using Tweakwise. You can reach them for any complex setup questions, information about features, integrations and more. You will be having a pariodic check-up with your CSM where you will be going through your setup to make any improvements. You will also be getting information on our new features to see which cool new feature would be a good fit for your shop. We also organize webinars regularly, as well of masterclasses at which you will be more than welcome. Together we’ll take e-commerce to a new level!
